We have a CSV file which has some fields that contains words that are all in uppercase. We would like to process the CSV file changing some of the entries to lower and uppercase, and leaving some as they are.
The first step would be to analyse 4 columns of the CSV file to determine a list of unique words. We would then decide which of these words become upper and lower case and which stay the same.
Once the list has been compiled, the words that we have requested to be changed should be changed and copy of the CSV file made available for download.
Here is an example:
In one field, we have:
BROTHER TN155 BLACK TONER HL4040 HL4050 HIGH YIELD
In this case the words we would like to change would be:
BROTHER, BLACK, TONER, HIGH, YIELD
They should be changed to:
Brother, Black, Toner, High, Yield
So the field content would now be:
Brother TN155 Black Toner HL4040 HL4050 High Yield
If any other field that contains BROTHER, BLACK, TONER, HIGH, YIELD should also be changed to lowercase.
Attached in an example of the CSV file that the columns that need analysing are D, E, F and I
We would like the system to learn the changes, so we could provide a list of words to change based on a list of unique words. Then if when another CSV file is uploaded for cleansing and there are new words added, the system should ask if they need to be changed or not and save the response for the next file upload.
