Everyone is doing altcoins now, but many of them are from inexperienced, underdeveloped platforms, often times planned by people who don't understand the industry. 3. Expecting to compete with bitcoin :) 4. This is a bit of a loaded question. If you mean from an exchange perspective, you simply approach them in ico, plan for every coin to make it, with a robust API system for the various wallets the coin creator is pronouncing with launch. 5. Another loaded question, as a developer, their should be no cross between liquid assets, including the customer base. From a storage perspective, i'd suggest having a unique patent-able offline storage system. 6. Various small wallets, but no exchanges. Bitstamp because it's the first regulated Bitcoin exchange with EUR and I like Luxembourg. 2. What do you see as the biggest issue when building an altcoin exchange platform? Price volatility during transaction 3. What is the biggest mistake you could make when building an altcoin exchange? Let the private keys unprotected 4. How would you handle new coins coming onto the market? Need to set a price agreement bid/ask between other exchange platform, maybe a little "market making" to animate the price curve with a little monte-carlo algorithm (for the fun). 5. How would you handle user liquidity? Each user should have like a "pocket" address with private keys on their side OR in a special wallet on the user side. 6. Do you have any crypto related projects you've worked on I can look at? - I've created a SOL (Solidity) code to handle a commenting/advertising system. - I've a homemade CUDA code to compute secp256k1 public keys and compare after hashing to existing address database (current project). - Original cipher called "Floodsquare Transform" wich can be used for hashing or for POW.
