Create a Wordpress Website

Hello, We need a Wordpress website built for our company, where we offer online training and courses. The brief is: We need to be able to list all of the courses available, and all of the lectures/videos within them. To be able to watch, the member needs to register on an online form (which needs to be integrated with MailChimp, possibly via Zapier or whatever is easiest). When the member signs up, they should see that some of the videos in the courses are free to watch, and some of the videos are 'premium' and when clicking they get forwarded to a separate page to upgrade by paying (we can integrate the payment system). We need to be able to add and manage the course content, and manually upgrade users from free to premium in the backend. We can provide a Wordpress theme if easier which will have the course management system, in which case we just need from you some functional changes to meet the above brief and some design changes. We can use a drag and drop Wordpress editor to add content to the pages, we just need the structure/'shell' of the site. Thanks
