Create a web portal which also work with unity3D

Hi we are looking for a front end web developer to work with our programming team, to develop a online portal that receive files and update the assets into unity library. Key function Database to create: User Profile Database Name Email Password Checkboxes to choose between two options “Client” & “Public” 2. Assets Database Test(Video / Image / 3D model) Functions for Clients: Create code for their personal libraries Auto-refresh library Upload Assets Functions for Public: Enter code to open up specific client libraries Auto-refresh library Download Assets (continues to run in background if browser/app is not active & resume download with internet connectivity issues) Provide scripts for: Creating profile (client/public) Code checking on public accounts for clients’ libraries Auto-refreshing of library based on the code Uploading and Downloading of assets Caching and clearing cache data (library and assets) Information needed from web developer: Format of library data for mobile phone app Location of assets after downloading into phone(can we set the location?)
