Create a System for me that works like Polyvore and Pinterest.

I just need to be able to clip or "pin" items from online retailers and put them in a "wardrobe" and make outfits with these items like Polyvore. When my clients click on the items, it will link back to the original URL. I need to create individual rooms or wardrobes for each of my clients. Also, I want to be able to mix and match the items to create outfits. The client and I will also need to be able to upload photos of their current clothing items and mix and match them with the items I already placed in their wardrobe from other retailers online. I will also need to be able to clip/upload images of items from online and put it on a web page to create a catalog that anyone can access and shop from. Each image should be able to link to my affiliate link. This software is like a Pinterest or Polyvore software that I will use for myself. I have a software I am already using that I can show you. If you are hired, I will show it to you so you can copy if need be. I will need an estimate of budget and time to complete. Preferably the project due by August 10, 2015.
