Create a super-basic Wordpress plugin (only accept freelancers who read my definition)

This is to create a basic Wordpress plugin. This is only to start my project, only do the basics and I will continue upgrading this project with functions. Must have: - A button in menu to access admin page - 3 tabs (tab 1, tab 2, tab 3). Every tab will have different options - Option to select on-off. If is on, this will activate a snippet function In example: remove_filter( 'authenticate', 'wp_authenticate_email_password', 20 ); * I have to many snippets and I want to add by myself using your work - Option to select on-off. If is on, this will activate a snipped, but this snippet have a editable text.
