create ebay advert scanner with results

HTML to scan eBay for certain listings based on keywords on new listings pre definded by us and display them in category's. This needs to be done everytime we click scan on our site. Depending on keywords which we mark as high risk, medium risk and low risk taken from item titles, show in a form displaying USERID, item number and item title. I will provide the algorithm we need. If an ebay item has low risk words then place into low risk category, if med then med and high, the high. After this auto scan each item number for the item description and look for keywords we set out on stage 2. filter now those adverts into new categorys based on the new results. high, med and low. Now, scan the items for price, if items are located as within our keywords of price, then refilter the adverts.... all adverts showing low risk after this stage, place a log to remember the item number and NOT show this again on future scans and remove the item from our system. If med risk mark as manual check needed, we need to open each advert manually to view it, if we want to move to high risk we can by ticking a check box and click send to high risk, if we dont want to move it, we can just delete it, if deleted remember the advert number and dont show it again on a scan. All items now inside high risk show item number, price, ebay user id, items QTY sold, item title name. that is all I need for project 1. project 2 will be posted after this is complete which is the next stage to act on these items. this can be completed either in software or html based. if html based server and domain is ready.
