technical requirements
-The wholesaler offers a list of stock through a webservice
-The client offers a webservice, for stock modification that should be implemented
-Only existing products will be updated, if the product is not in the client, no new product will be added, which can be offered by the wholesaler.
-If a product of the customer does not match the wholesaler's, it will be left with the stock that has by default
-In case there is no product with stock on the part of the wholesaler, this will be put to stock 0 on the client but the product will not be eliminated / deactivated
-The comparison of stock has to be made by REFERENCE and not by ID, since this may be different between customer and wholesaler
You only have to update the stock, omitting the other fields such as descriptions, images, etc ...
- The client can execute manually whenever necessary
If the client does not execute the stock service manually, this is executed twice a day by cron the first time at 07:00 AM and 23:00 PM
-The customer has to have "Back Ofice" or URL where he can execute the stock control option and it shows the products by reference that have been modified.
-This development will have to be developed in a pre-productive environment and once the relevant tests have been carried out and checked by the client, the functionality will be added to the productive environment.
-The Developer will make 2 partial deliveries of the progress, 1 delivery to the provider's reading and the data and 1 delivery with writing.

Hello, I can create simple dashboard to update stock levels of products. It will not be a prestashop module, so website will not be a slow. I will write it with simple php, it will be fast: get data from api -> update stock on database table.
