Create an Admin for my e-Commerce and connect Email API Postmark

Hi, Please read all before bidding. I have a website under development and l need to create an admin to my e-commerce using a template. The job is basically doing the front end of this admin with dummy data, then we'd need to create the endpoints to connect to the Laravel api to plot the real numbers. The admin should have: 1. DASHBOARD The dashboard is the first page after log in, and here we'll have widgets with data from the website 2. USERS Table view data from users registered and possibility to edit 3. ORDERS Table view data from orders 4. REPORTS General reports 4.1 PENDING PAYMENTS Payments to be paid 4.2 PAYMENTS Menu with all payments 5. EMAILS Manage the transactional emails of the site with email editor 6. ADMIN ACCESS Add/remove new users to the admin and define access level As you can see the admin also has to be created with email editor and this should be connected to the Postmark API to send the transactional emails. All those inputs as well as the real data to replace the dummy data, we'll get from the Laravel API which is already done, so most of the job is front-end and a little bit of back end to connect to Laravel as well as creating the access levels.
