Costomizing WISDM Custom Product Box For Woocommerce

Need someone who have experience of customizing WISDM Custom Product Box for Woocommerce (Wordpress). Basically I have a website and I sell product through woocommerce and let customer to make their own bundle of product (Using WISDM). Now I need someone who can add a section where instead of showing all product at once (Default WISDM setting) , the category is to be shown as a drop down and then when a customer click on any category from drop down, the respective product should be shown... The WISDM CPB is a paid per site plug in, & I want it to customize, And It's not something like product display & It's not about customize UI or visualization, But it's about customizing plug in to add functionality... Basicially The WISDM override the Woocommerce Plug in & Display 2 section in single product page instead of one product image, One section contain pre specified number the empty boxes, & in second section there are all the product thumbnails , now when user select some product from the list the empty boxes filled and then added to card.. Now i just need the product list to be shown as a category rather than showing all at once... the basic display enhancement will not work. Need to add functionality
