Hello, I am looking for an experienced front end developer that is able to take the pre-existing site\'s template and make it match my PSD design. This is easy work, you\'ll be modifying pre-existing HTML/CSS. You won\'t need to really write much HTML/CSS yourself, but the better you are, the easier the job. This will also net you with more opportunites to covert more of my designs using the same concept as mentioned above. The software you\'ll convert the design in, is a a forum software and it uses a template engine similar to smartyPHP and bootstrap, though it uses its own. You may need to do a little research on how to do this. Also, if you\'re experienced with PHP, you\'ll take priority, as we have hooks/apps that need to be written later on down the road.
