We have a simple html website that is needed to be converted to a mobile responsive Wordpress CMS website. The conversion must needs to be done by creating a child theme at first so that each and every wordpress standards and updates are available for the new site. We will use the weaver xtreme theme framework which is already fully mobile responsive but you need to adjust style code to make it perfect with the new site in cms.
