Hi, As per my understanding you have two projects or two parts of a single project, one in codeigniter and another n code PHP. Now you want to integrate the 4 pages of your codeignitor project in PHP. Below is a solution which can take care of session by default:- 1. Have the common host domain for both codeigniter and core php project, this will help in having the session cookie sharing the same domain 2. Core PHP application will get the session easily from the session cookie as it is sharing the same domain. 3. There will be no session loss while traversing from code PHP to codeignigter application and vice-versa For color theme changes I guess this will be simply replacing the existing color codes with the desired one in the css
