If you want to speak with a representative in Russian press 1 - "Message will be recorded by us in an audio file"
If you want to speak with a representative in Estonian press 2 - "Message will be recorded by us in an audio file"
When the user presses 1 -> Call is forwarded to #A phone number
When the user presses 2 -> Call is forwarded to #B phone number
NB! Call forwarding should be made with original caller ID (number) so we could call back in case of the missed call.
If the call is made not in working hours then the user gets only option to leave a voice message then recorder message is forwarded to an Email.
