Changes to Pathology Package in PHP

Hi PHP freelancers, I am having a pathology package developed in PHP several years ago when PHP 4 was running in the market. In that project I have used mysql_ related functions. I want to implement some small changes to that script. To view the output of this script please visit the URL [login to view URL] and then login with username/password DAKSHA/DAKSHA. Then click on Patient menu and fill up the form. While filling up the form please remember that in case of Doctor Name field auto suggest has been implemented. So simply press a key say d and then wait for list of all doctors whose name starts with d. Then select a doctor name. Then fill up all remaining fields and click on OK button. Then another form will appear. Just submit that form. Finally you will be able to generate a report. That report can also be displayed through the menu Patient -> List. I want to implement the following changes in this script: 1. Add a menu User. Clicking on this menu will display the list of users. A link to create a new user will also be displayed on this page. Further option to edit and delete users will also be provided. 2. On Patient Add page, make the fields Total Payment, Paid Amount and Outstanding Amount to be mandatory as well as the field Outstanding Amount to be readonly. 3. Track the logged in username while adding a patient and generating report. For this we need to add a column for logged in username in the patient table and report table. 4. On the patient list page also display the name of the user who has added the patient and generated the report.
