Hello, I can ABSOLUTELY assist you with the development of an android app to blurr /blind the recording during personal care time. Using the app they can enable/disable the blurring/recording of the app. Whatever action they will perform will be notified to the admin where all the control is and can cross check the details of the person/staff who performed that. ++ the staff will be required to login into the app in order to perform the action. Hi, I have a different approach? why can't we blind the camera view mechanically using a small cap that a CLOSE/OPEN by pressing a button? this will help in not tinkering with the existing software and also provide the people inside the room a visual confirmation that the camera doors are shut and they won't be recorded. i can design the module and give connection drawing to you.
