To build a website where website visitors can chat to each other

It is to build a website and the required chat window where website visitors can chat to other visitors (1 to 1 chat) in the chat window, i.e. Random chat. Also, there will be no login or registration required for someone to chat with others. People can put a nickname of them to begin the chat or else use a default nickname. When someone clicks on the "Chat Now" button one can chat with a random person who is available online. You can get an idea from this site -> [login to view URL] I almost need a similar type of chatting website, where also I can send images to the person I'm chatting to and also use the emoticons that should be available to use, and also few more features are needed to add to my website, details of which will be told. I need the website to be developed with the required chat window to be built, also if the developer will build the website well then he/she will be offered for the maintenance of the site (like adding new features, troubleshooting, making an app of this site, etc.) So it is a long and big project.
