Build a website

I have a client to upgrade his website for which i outsourced the project and that freelancer make the site even worse than that. I don't know how. So i want one to fix all his issues. He even don't have back up. So you have to do something like you can fix his site and he is not able to access my website. After fixing the issues job description is I have an outdated OScommerce platform website. I want to bring it up to date while added new features. Some of the features I'll be having you add will be: - during item creation, allowing new keyword rich pages to be created or updated - integrating a ticket selling html so that live concert tickets can be offered - Only one or two pages will need to be actually designed. I'll keep my original web design for graphics/images. - Add item upgrade features to listings - add a MAKE AN OFFER option for pricing - Add a mouse over option for the image to enlarge it - Add an A - Z banner to click on letters to pull up associated products - Create a smart search that starts filling in names as you type them - Create holiday banners to be automated and added during those times of years - Update our emailer to be user friendly - create a consignment database so when I add a new item I can send a url to the consignor to track their items to see what sales have been made - update the banners/images on our facebook, twitter, and youtube page - create and import fan page information for each appropriate item - create a link exchange feature
