Build a streaming cross mobile app (only for people with streaming experience)

Hello freelancers. I'm looking for someone with STREAMING WEBSITE EXPERIENCE. Not only someone who can make websites. Because i will need this person to make the streaming administration behind the website. Scripts that can rename and organise the videos, also add the poster, diaporama, synopsis etc... of the movie or tv show. Like https://popcorntime-online.tv. Add a html5 player and configure to read subtitles from different languages. So i can stream videos from my dedicated servers. And receive payments by bitcoin to unlock the videos. (people must have an account and pay to view) Dont need hosting plans or others. Just need the website and his administration. You'll have to do the website by yourself and host it by yourself, until it's done. After, when all it's done, i will configure on my hosting place.
