Build A Music Booking Agency Database

Database for a music booking agency. I need multiple views - agents, and admin. Venue list that is searchable by radius (e.g 500km within a postcode) Group by state Last date of contact Next date of contact Contact type (call, await response, follow up email) Potential date of gig Price Confirmed (yes/no) I want a daily sheet of tasks which will sync with next date of contact. Also would like to add a custom add task and alocate a date and time for that Would also like some basic accounting capabilities such as this... A seperate page for admin only would be nice. Need to see which agent books which gig as well. One chart that shows money confirmed per month. Then 10% allocation of that to the agent that booked the gig (so that I know who to pay) and then 5% to lighthouse bookings (my company). View by agent would be good aswell so that I can see how they are performing - see which gigs they have booked and their 10% with totals at the bottom. Automated contract send and have venue click to sign and confirm. This then will confirm the gig. Thanks. Budget flexible please let me know.
