I am attaching a detailed design document. The flow of the UX would be very similar to a sample app that i have in mind. I can share further details on the reference app. But please do take a look at the overall requirements (attachment), no. of pages, admin, reports. I want to make sure you do a very good job of the app. Phase1 would be only on android (no i/os).
