Hello, as a product/marketing manager, I'm used to working with sales colleagues to track performance and am very metric focused. I am assuming you are looking to establish a tracker for 2019?
To take it one step further, we would color code green on track, red not on track. (There is no yellow). If any values were red for more than 2 months in a row, we would do a deep dive in to a problem solving report with a cross functional team (sales, marketing, service, product manager) where the reasons for the miss would be broken into a pareto and then a 5 why? analysis and counter measures with action plan would be jointly developed between myself (product/marketing manager) and my sales counterparts.
