Need someone to build a qucik module using hook_form_alter. The module should use ajax to check for unique values based on the value in the field and the value in another field. The fields are field_ssn and field_app_date. When the user enters a value for ssn, check to verify that there is not another node with the same values for field ssn and app_date. If another node exists, display an error to the user.
