We have two websites, one is a clone of the other.

We have a custom plugin that we need modified to work with the site that was cloned. There are four key components that need to be created:

- Be able to choose a 'Starting Side' (choice from taxonomies)

- Be able to choose a 'Starting Affiliation' (choice from taxonomies)

- Restrictions (some database custom posts are affected differently than others

- Related custom posts must work within custom plugin
