Build custom web app integration for WooCommerce

Client wants a broadband quote system on their website. They currently use WooCommerce and would like to keep this as the ordering system. The client would like to use cityfibre's API: [login to view URL] I have already set-up a website with woocommerce installed, and will activate Loqate's postcode checker service. Instructions on how the process would work below: Every page will include a postcode checker. A simple widget (design to be confirmed) similar to Giganet's psotcode checker: [login to view URL] Once Postcode has been entered user will be provided with list of addresses. Information will need to be provided by a 3rd party provider. I suggest ‘Loqate’ who are an industry leader (Formally Postcode Anywhere & PCA Predict - [login to view URL] (plugin for loqate already installed on wordpress) Step 2. A model will then open, and for the user to proceed to view their packages, they will need to fill out a webform. Once the user accepts terms and clicks ‘See your packages’ this data will create a Wordpress user account/profile, and store these details, and notify enquiries@ email (or similar) about the new customer registration. The postcode will then be used to check against Cityfibre’s API. (see image 1) Information in red on image will be prefilled from the previous selection the user made Step 3. Whilst packages are being found, a minimum 10 second delay will be added in the process, this will allow the API time to collect the packages it finds for that particular postcode. In the meantime a progress bar / loading icon will be shown to the user, in a similar fashion to giganet’s process. Step 4. • Once the process is complete, the user will be shown a tick icon at the top of the page. This will notify the user that services are available in their area. • This will then be followed by a list of all available services in their area from cityfibres api. • Javascript/Web App will add a % uplift to all prices. This will need to be determined prior to app development, and should be a simple single percentage uplift across all available packages. • All Quote Id’s and options are to be saved against an uncompleted order in woocommerce. This information will need to be shown in the woocommerce backend interface to allow client to follow up any leads that may not have progressed to a payment. - Layout to be styled similar to image (design to be confirmed) (see image 2) Step 5. Once user has chosen their package, they would then be able to select this. This would generate a custom dynamic product in WooCommerce (for that customer only) and progress to the standard WooCommerce cart page, which will display all the details of their selected package: • Name of Package, Contract Term, Installation Cost, Recurring Cost. User would also be presented with an option on the form to say whether they would like to pay via monthly invoice or by card. Please see mockup of checkout (image 3).
