Video formats: mp4, m4a, m4v, m3u8, ts,, VAST, MRAID, Webm, ogg, ogv, mov, etc - All frames are to be scanned with an OCR(text) and image recognition tool for offensive content, drugs, alcohol, adult content, poilitical content, religious content, guns and flagged/highlighted accordingly. - Backend should support user sign up and video upload for frame breaking and recognition scanning - Users should have access to API endpoint to upload multiple and several videos for framing and scanning. - Front end required
