Build a browser-based RSS reader

Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to make a browser-based RSS reader. You can use any technology you like. I have attached a screenshot of a mockup to give an idea of what I envision. The frontend should be visible to anyone who visits the webpage where it is hosted. However, these viewers should only be able to read and browse articles in the feed. They shouldn’t be able to add or delete anything. There should be a backend which is not publicly-accessible. Here I would be able to add and remove RSS feeds from the RSS reader. I would like to be able to give each feed a custom name and add to it the following attributes: language and licence. Language: Each feed will belong to a category which I can name myself. I plan on categorising the feeds by language, e.g. English, Spanish, Arabic, etc. If the user selects “Hindi” in the frontend, all the feeds categorised under “Hindi” should show up and nothing else. If the user doesn’t select a language in the frontend, then all feeds should show up. Licence: Each feed will also have a tag appearing next to the headline, which I can name myself. I plan on tagging the articles by licence, e.g. CC-BY, Public Domain, etc. The user should be able to filter articles that have the same tags, e.g. showing only CC-BY-SA articles. However, when the user hovers their curser over the tag, a custom paragraph should appear that should be specific for that individual feed. I realise this is a lot of information, so here’s an example of the attributes I’d like to control in the backend. While the “Language” and “Licence tag” attributes should match other, similar feeds, the “Licence paragraph” is specific to each individual feed and does not need to be associated with other feeds. Clicking on the tag will take the user to the address listed at the "Licence paragraph hyperlink", if a link has been supplied in the backend. This means you can republish our articles online or in print for free, provided you follow these guidelines… Licence paragraph hyperlink (optional): [login to view URL] Some other requirements: - The RSS reader also needs a basic search functionality to find articles by keywords. - The feeds should populate automatically as frequently as possible, regardless of whether the webpage is open or not. Articles should be automatically purged after 30 days. - It should be able to cope with tens of thousands of articles from hundreds of feeds. That means many new articles populating every minute. - For buttons, please try and use symbols instead of text wherever possible, so that the frontend can be understood by people who don’t speak English. - The RSS reader should also display each feed’s favicon. However, it should be manually-customisbale in the backend as well. ---------------------------------- As long as the above is met, you can build it any way you like.
