Bitcoin escrow implemented within forum board Mybb

Looking for a plugin to be made for the Mybb forum script. The plugin must be an escrow for bitcoin so a membership level called vendor/seller can sell to members, without any risks, if problems happen mods/admins can look and say who wins the dispute and releases bitcoin to the right person. The script must allow a % of the sale for profit to us. More details will be discussed via dm .
