I am looking for a developer to create some bespoke adjustments to WooCommerce Memberships. Here are the requirements of the development: (a) When a user registers, that user is assigned a random, unique 8 character alpha-numeric reference. (b) The 8-character alpha-numeric reference will be displayed in the My Account page along with the rest of the user details. (c) The user will be able to print a label that contains their 8-character alpha-numeric reference. (d) Another unconnected user, knowing only the alpha-numeric reference number, will be able to enter the alpha-numeric reference on a webpage. This will trigger an "open case", an email will be sent to the user who the reference belongs to. Please only respond if you know how to: (a) generate the unique 8-digit alpha-numeric reference number. (b) store the reference in the database along with the other user details (WooCommerce Memberships). (c) create the actions above when a user enters the reference number.

Please give more information about the form in which the reference number can be input, and information about the email that will be sent. Given that these seem to be features that can work on their own, I can create a standalone plugin so that future updates on other plugins and themes will not affect these functionalities.
