I would rather suggest you not to make the changes in the current server as it can be risky for the sites. If there will be any misconfiguration, all the websites will be lost. It is not a single website configuration but a multi-site server. Instead set up a new AWS with proper configuration and then shift the sites there. It will not affect the current running sites
