Automated Pricing Module

I want to create a software that Automatically creates prices for the products we sell in our company. we have 100+ different SKU's that are sold across 40+ different distribution channels. Each distribution channel has its different cost to serve and therefore we have to price each SKU differently across each different channel. how ever a lot of price changes need to be done constantly due to a change in the cost to serve or change in market competition. We have a base price that we use and change this price in relation to the cost of serving of each distribution channel. Sometimes I need to control the margins of my distributors or cap the end consumer price while guaranteeing a certain gross margin. We would like to create a software by which we could enter the base price and then the software automatically calculates all the prices of all the SKU's across all the channels while putting in mind all the constraints, rebates, costs, gross margin target, End consumer price target, etc... We want this software to be adaptable to add new SKU's and Distribution channels, and be able to add, remove, adjust constraints on Front Margins, End Consumer Price, Company gross margin targets etc.... Also we would like to keep track of historical price changes that we made across the years
