AirBnB Script Modification

I have an AirBnB clone script that I've been told is very difficult to work on. It is from a company called Apptha, and seems overall to be an excellent clone, aside from its complex coding. So far the 'experts' I've contacted that are able to work on it charge a very high hourly rate, and greatly exaggerate the number of hours necessary to make the changes. I'm seeking someone proficient in Magento coding that will give me a fair offshore rate and not overestimate the number of hours required. I will only respond to those that reply with the word Apptha in their offers. Hopefully the ideal candidate is out there, and we will have a long-term business relationship. If you take every imaginable holiday off, refuse to work weekends, and/or only work 'banker's hours', you probably won't be a good fit.
