Add user type to a property on real state wordpress tempalte

When adding a real estate property on the public site, I want that the user to select the agent who will manage the property. Work has been done partially as seen in pictures, but agent list is actually hardcoded. Required tasks the project: +Show the list of users of usertype Agent on the list. +When saving property, assign selected user to the created property (already has the reference on database, but not on this form) +Email the agent instead of the admin user.
