I need an Apache rewrite document made with my requirements. I prefer an .htaccess file. I need the following rules below. [login to view URL] to 301 redirect [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] to 301 redirect [login to view URL] Rule 5) Redirect [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] Rule 6) Remove www from subdomain host. Redirect [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] Rule 7) Redirect ALL hosts to HTTPS. www and subdomains.
