PROJECT DESCRIPTION
For discuss reasons we have designed the layout of the applications in a PHP web form.
The code for this forms are available.
But it may also be developt in ASP.NET
1 Store data from invoices in their own DB “Werkplaats Programma”.
Our client has a large fleet of trucks and other equipment on the road.
In spite that they have their own garage it is sometimes necessary that other parties do repairs on their equipment.
This cost and labor must be put in the DB so they can always monitor the history of the equipment.
2 Billing Invoices to customers
Some of the invoices they get must be paid by the customer.
The customers rent equipment and sometimes they get a bill for speeding for example.
The invoice is send to my client but should be paid by the renter of the equipment.
There are 2 databases where this invoices should be registrated.
The working of the application should be the same for both databases, that is why only one is described in detail in this document. Only when there are differences it is mentioned.
DETAILS OF THE APPLICATIONS
The applications must be accessible by a menu item in our application Content Central.
