Project Description

Hello,

We are seeking bids on a simple but intuitive website to host people seeking to rent out their recreational vehicles. Example:

RVSHARE dot Com

We'd like the system to do the following tasks:

Allow RV owners to start a profile and upload their own vehicle information, location, photos, and set a price, description... etc.

See this: (https) ://[url removed, login to view]

We encourage a pre-existing template like: [url removed, login to view]

We'd prefer our investment to go into the programming of the back end then the design. We will work with you to determine the best template to work from. We will not require an eCommerce solution for the rental transaction, but we will require a subscription fee for the RV owners to belong to the site which we would like you to program in using PAYPAL, SQUARE or other eCommerce you suggest.

We will need to have rental contracts downloadable and e-signable. Plus a security detail for rentees and renters which would include a photo uploads, ownership, insurance and state ID uploads for approval before they can post their vehicle or rent one. We also want users to be able to post visible reviews, and to give rentees time to solve or respond to an issue before that review goes live. We want a badge system for superstar RV owners with perfect ratings AND a way for the RV owners to purchase a featured spot for higher visibility on a month to month basis.

See AIRBnB rental process for examples of security procedures.

Another sample site: vacationrentals dot com

We would like to use Wordpress so there is easy back-end access to make simple changes. Lastly, we need a subscription discount code and different price packages from lite users, medium users and corporate users.

There is more but this is the basic concept.

Timeline is 90 days or less and might rehire for search engine ranking if wensote turns out wonderfully.

Experience is a must, please link examples of your work (especially similar sites),would prefer a company but will consider freelancer if body of work is strong. Co-owner is a former webdesign/programming freelancer so we know pricing and work detail pretty well. We'll be easy to work with in that regard as we know precisely what we want and how to make it easier on the programmer.

Thank you, we look forward to your bids.
