Modify Phpfox Theme to RTL

Hello all, i have a simple project to post here. it should not take more than couple of days. I have phpfox site and i bought a new theme to be used, i need you to modify CSS files to make the theme (site) RTL functional without flaws, i mean your changes should be precise and the original theme. RTL Means Right to Left, so if the menu is on the left side originally, you will have to be in right side etc.. P.S I have low budget for this one, please bid with reasonable price. Thanks in advance.
