MLM Gift/Help Plan Script with Sponsor Auto-Assign, Downline Auto-Pair, Auto-Exit

I need a competent developer to build an MLM script using the gift/help plan MLM business model. This plan is a variation of cash gifting. Here a person gets the "Receive" advantage by first Gifting or Donating to others. This is simply a type of “give and take” concept. This plan is also known as cash order plan. The basic concept is to send gift to one member and receive multiple gifts from many other members. So each member will be benefited with multiple cash gift receipts from other members. Members will deposit or gift cash directly to other members in a peer-to-peer (P2P) arrangement. The payment options will include: 1. Bank Payments/online transfer into member's account in local currency 2. Bitcoin payment option 3. Direct hand-to-hand payment option Also, the script should have Auto-Pair and Manual-Pair options at the Admin backend to allow pairing of Givers (payers) donating cash gift and Recipients (beneficiaries) receiving the payments/gifts. The script should allow the Admin to enable/disable an option to Auto-Assign any existing member as a DEFAULT SPONSOR for each Membership Plan to be created for members to join when registering. After all the downliners under a sponsor have paid/gifted the Sponsor, the script should automatically 'Exit' that Sponsor from the current membership plan he/she was on and put him/her in the Re-enter mode (choose a Membership Plan mode) to allow that member join any other Membership Plan or re-enter the one just exited. For example, to join, you give cash gift to the system's assigned default sponsor or a member who invited/referred you. Then, you receive gift from your downline members. The system automatically assigns downline persons who will send you gift. The downliners send cash gifts to your bank account or any other preferred method. When this is done, you acknowledge their payments through your own member area/control panel and the system activates their accounts, and elevates them into Sponsor positions so that they too may receive cash gifts from others. After activating all your downliners successfully, you are exited from the current membership plan/level and you are free to join another plan/level. The proposed matrix plan is 1x4.
