First thing first! Hello, i'm a new Freelancer as you can check.. i'm here to try help with your problem, before i help you to do this. You may accept my terms and conditions below for your Satisfaction. If you have a problem with a Web that compatible with all Resolutions (Website Design didn't change even if you resize the browser no matter what. The Web Design get loaded automatically into 'fullscreen' as possible), then you can leave this to me. FYI, There's Plenty Example of a web that compatible with all Resolutions such as Facebook. You can see clearly that even if your browser resized as small as possible, their Design still get loaded with Full Screen Design, if this is not the problem you mean then You may leave this to other Freelancers. PLUS, if you already have the website design then i can fix it. Remember that i won't do design for this kind of project.
