Finish a Laravel Application

So i'm developing an app to facilitate configuring Cronjobs for multiple different websites, the idea is, there's many landing pages that generate records in our DB, and we need those records to be sent to a client, these clients might be using SOAP or REST API's and we need an app where we can easily create a new Cron Configuration, set up the route in Webmin and have it send the leads exactly as specified in the projects configuration class. I already have some of the groundwork set, and would be available on Skype if you have any questions. At this stage what needs to be done is getting leads from the DB, parsing them through a map, and set up the clients for CuRL and SOAP. I've included the source code as it stands, so you can have a look beforehand.
