Diagnose and fix 4 issues on my home page

I have a page built using Zurb's Foundation, but there are 4 issues which I can't figure out. The page is here: [login to view URL] 1) VERTICAL CENTER WITHIN A DIV I have a DIV (id = "searchBox", contains a form with select fields) that I want to have always centered within the DIV id = "bannerSlides" (which contains) has the image slideshow). It must retain full responsive behavior--meaning it should stay centered vertically as the browser width changes and the hight of both elements changes. 2) JQUERY MULTISELECT DROPDOWN PLUGIN IS NOT WORKING I'm using a plugin called "Sumoselect" ([login to view URL]) which gives an error "Uncaught TypeError: $(...).SumoSelect is not a function" and therefore is not working. It should transform the select fields into nice looking multiselect fields (see image for example). It works fine when I view the page running locally, but not from the web server. 3) SELECT FIELDS ARE NOT SIZED TO COLUMN WIDTH I want the Sumoselect fields to always be 100% of the column width. Currently width of the field is always based on the contents of the field, so it both shrinks smaller than the column width (as it is by default) and expands beyond it when options are selected from the select dropdown. 4) PASS URL PARAMETERS to DESTINATION POST ADDRESS UPON SUBMIT When the form's submit button is clicked I want the form to pass the results of the form's selections as URL parameters to the POST destination (which is [login to view URL]). The URL should be formatted in this fashion: [login to view URL][field1_name]=[selected_option_1_value],[selected option_2_value][etc.]&[field2_name]=[selected_option_1_value],[selected option_2_value][etc.]&[etc] So for example, if I selected "Alaska" and "Oregon" from the SELECT named "location" and I selected "Yes" from the SELECT named "all-inclusive", the URL would be [login to view URL],OR&all-inclusive=yes And of course al other existing functionality of this page must not get broken in the process!
