Development of a Wordpress plugin for News

Admin Backend: 1. Implement a new and custom Taxonomy: News 2. Admin Can Manage ( Search/Add/Edit/Delete/Approve ) News for every user ( wordpress builtin interface ) 3. Roles: According to a user role, the admin can allow users to post News 4. Limits: For each role ( enumeration of core default roles and also custom roles ) The admin can limit the number of news that a user can publish per day / week or month ( dropdown ). User Backend Features: 1. Users Can NOT Manage categories 2. Users Can Manage ( Add/Edit/Delete ) only the News they have published ( author equivalent permissions ) 3. After login, we have to hide all wordpress menus and functions and only show news taxonomy menu in order to allow news publications ( wordpress builtin interface ) 4. If the user has reached the maximum number of allowed news, according to the limit set by admin, wordpress will not allow to save data and a warning will appear ( inside the default yellow wordpress bar, otherwise green bar of news successfully inserted ). Frontend: 1. The admin through a shortcode will be able to display news inside pages or widgets. In particular, the shortcode with no parameters will display the latest news from users, with pagination, 10 items per page. Also two dropdowns will appear in order to filter news by author ( one or any user ). 2.
