Designing an Invoice Output with PHP/PDF

We are using Perfex CRM and Project Management software in our company. We want to move all our processes to that software. Everything is fine up to now. Only thing is missing we cant print our invoices directly from the software. Because the pdf invoice format is not suitable for our hard copy of empty invoice papers. So what we actually need is : Add a new button to invoice preview screen. When its clicked, it will create a new pdf output which will only have the necessary data for necessary blanks on our hardcopy empty invoice sheets. Calibration is very important.
