I have been in the software industry since 1980, and have been working with OpenGTS and GTS Enterprise (GTSE) for the last 3 years almost exclusively. Over the last 3 years I've developed DCS software for OpenGTS & GTSE many times. Typically a DCS can be written and in about 12:00 provided I have all the information, access to your server and you have the device with an active SIM catd . The 14 day lead time is to ensure the DCS is working correctly and to allow time for fine tuning.
