Customize an wordpress newsletter plugin

Ok, I have created a new project because some thing were not clear. So here i go again. I need a good prefer freelancer (so no big company) with good communication skills and excellent knowledge of wordpress plugins to help me out getting a newsletter plugin ready. This newsletter script is build by freelancer here on FL but i dont get any respons back so i'm looking for someone to cooperate with me and get this script online. The things that needs to be done is: - Redesign design. I dont like the way options are displayed now. - Script has many features and i dont want to start with all features so they must be commentend out so they are not displayed - Check script if all is working - Script uses template system that must be improved. So what i want from the freelancer: - Take responsibility to make this a success - Dont ask everything just go with the flow if you think things could be better - Available for programming new features and add-ons - No big budget now but if all goes well earning more money. Business deal long term: Free plugin with paid addons - Give support for plugin and addons (paid by ticket) - % of every addon that is bought Requirements for bidding: - Bid = final bid. DO not bid and then say: its more work. then you are out - Proven knowledge of wordpress plugins and provide examples. - Only bid if you fully understand! otherwise ask questions first! - need to be trustworthed - Subscriber information list creation Manage subscriber opt-in status Email Newsletter Editor Create regular email newsletters Create automated email notifications of new blog posts Create automated email notifications of new blog posts by categories Create automated welcome emails Schedule emails to send later Personalize with subscriber data Widget forms Form shortcode for posts and pages See opens, clicks and unsubscribes for each newsletter Our cron will check your site every 5 minutes to make sure emails are being sent Send from your own site using PHPMail Just look at other newsletter plugins to see what features do. If you do this project you must also be available for next phase with more features. This is a free available newsletter and i want to offer paid addons. Payment can be by project or later for every addon sale.
