Automation of details • Upon completion of Order by agent, system must generate few notifications via Email. • 1 email to supplier which only consist of the products order (no prices reflected) • 1 email to (Owner) administrators of the full detailed order • Generate an invoice for Agent including payment terms and details. • Able to process an additional PO (Purchase Order) from (Owner) to Supplier for ordering records for supplier Multilingual Options for User (Supplier or Agent to change the language to either Chinese or English), translation for Chinese will be provided.
