first i want upgrade the SuiteCRM 7.2.1 to 7.3 beta 2

and also i need fix some issues (no existing relationships or fields, + other issues from selfmade custom changes )

I prefer the houly base work. It means, first to analyse the problems, second tell us the plan and third to fix the issues.
