Custom post and directory/map - Wordpress

Need to add a custom page type to a wordpress theme. The page type will be that of a directory listing. Each directory listing needs to have custom fields:
- name
- address
- phone
- hours of operation
- description
- website
- logo upload
This also needs to be able to plot the listing's location on the page's map as well as add the listing to the main map page with all the other listings.
