Hello, We are a team of software engineers with 6+ years of experience in professional software development. We would create the application (from scratch) in Embarcadero Delphi and its FMX framework. It is multi platform and supports compiling native Windows and Mac OS X applications from the same source code base. I tested your sample software, it is in Dutch but I get the idea. Do you want your application to have a different GUI design or be a more or less of a replica? Also, from your posting it is not clear to me whether the program should be able to interact with facebook/instagram in some way, eg should the user be able to upload the images/albums directly from the software to their fb/inst account? Other features you require would also be no problem to implement, such as multi language support, image manipulation (background/transparency etc), different photobook sizes etc. We would need to know the requirements in full detail to provide a final proposal in terms of price and time frame. The development would be done from scratch but there shouldn't be any problems as we have had experience in image manipulation and multi platform development in general, as well as social networks integration if required.
