Create a Wordpress Tool That Texts Users When They Have Not Logged In for a Certain Period of Time

Looking for a developer who is able to create a tool that will text users when they have not logged into a Wordpress based site for a certain amount of time. The goal is for the messages to be sent over SMTP (email) to mobile devices through the email address specific to the user’s carrier, such as “##########[at][login to view URL]” for Verizon Wireless customers. Here are a few requirements for the project: - All items developed must be in understandable US English - All items developed must be compatible with future updates of Wordpress - Flexible options, such as the ability to change when the notifications are sent, the wording of the message, and possibly even exclude certain users from receiving the messages about not logging in, should be able to be easily modified - Good communication, professionalism, and reliability throughout the project It would be ideal, if possible, for users to add, remove, and edit their phone number on the front-end of Wordpress at their convenience, as well as the administrative options (such as what email address the messages are sent from and the content of the message) to be accessible in a simple format from the Wordpress backend for me, the administrator. There are a few good Wordpress SMS plugins on the Wordpress Repository, however, some do require external paid gateways to send the text messages. All of the SMS plugins in the repository do not have login recognition abilities, to my knowledge. Sending messages through SMTP to mobile phones helps us eliminate the costs of using SMS shortcodes and paid gateways.
